Since 2008, Roselee's work has evolved from serving women with tightly textured hair, to educating Locticians, to helping beauty professionals build businesses with greater clarity, confidence, and capacity.
What began behind the chair now extends into education, mentorship, systems, speaking, and The Signature Loc Method™ and the goal remains the same: help people build work that supports who they are becoming.
